Who writes this stuff?

Two good friends — Ian and Steve.

Why did you create this website?

For years we had complained, and sometimes laughing quite a bit, about the stupid things we saw other people do.  While having drinks one night before our table was ready in a local restaurant, the idea of starting this blog was born. Our wives thought we were being a bit obnoxious and arrogant, but this was nothing we hadn’t been accused of before.

Isn’t it not very politically correct to make fun of others?

No, it’s not. But then again, we’re really not making fun of others; we’re just pointing out what they are already doing that deserves being criticized or ridiculed.

Do you worry about karma?

It we thought that was a good enough reason to not write this blog, do you really think you’d be reading it right now?

Are you worried about going to hell?

We’d rather leave religion and political discussions off this site, but you should be able to guess the answer to that question.

I don’t think it’s nice to make fun of other people.

That’s not a question.

Do you really think you’re so perfect? Don’t you make mistakes?

We are far from perfect, and yes we make mistakes. If they’re stupid enough, perhaps we’ll even write about it here.

So what were you drinking the night you decided to start this site?

For Ian, that’d be a very, very dry Vodka Martini, and for Steve it was Scotch (single malt, ‘of course).
